Summary: We only have so much time in the day, so if we want more time to do those things we really want to do, we have to look at how our current behaviors are getting in the way. 1) Start Saying No. We often say yes, not with our words but with our actions, so that our past behavior dictates our future as well. But that doesn't have to be the case. Just because you did it before, doesn't mean you have to do it again. 2) Make Your Priorities a Priority. If you, like most people, live by your calendar and electronic reminders, then put your personal priorities in your calendar. That means things like exercise, relaxation, and even sex. If it is important to you, it needs to go in your calendar. Don't delete it either. 3) Change Your Rules Whether you realize it or not, you have created rules for how you behave in the world, but since you created them, you can change them. You have created many of your own time constraints by saying things have to be a certain way "or else." Or else, what? Loosen your own strings, and change the rules. 4) Ask for Help Asking for help doesn't have to mean anything negative, so don't make it so--just ask. It's Your Life. Live It Boldly.Did you enjoy this? If so, please share so I can continue to provide you with ad-free content. You can also check out my current e-course for more video lessons and downloads.
